Since 1953, the Minnesota Church Ministries Association has provided services to churches and their leaders to help them more effectively carry out their ministries. In the process, the Association has partnered with various ministries to offer their services to churches, often featured in Resource Exhibits at various events around the state. In order to continue to connect churches with needed services MCMA Associates is now established as a team of ministry professionals who are endorsed by MCMA and offered to church leaders to consider to utilize in their work. Eric has been a pastor for 26+ years in rural, city and suburban churches. He has an M.Div. and taken further training from the state of MN in Conflict Resolution, is a Healthy Congregations™ facilitator, and a Myers-Briggs trained facilitator. He started “Moving Forward” consulting over a year ago and has been working with congregations and non-profits in the areas of conflict, team dynamics and leadership. He also is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Northwestern, St. Paul and the Master’s Institute Seminary.

Timothy Johnson holds a B.A. from Trinity Intl University, two theological degrees from American
Bible College, and an honorary degree from St. Thomas a Becket University. He has been
Executive Director of Minnesota Church Ministries Asociation since 1984 and since 2003 has
been ministering in Africa, developing pastors networks across the continent. Tim enjoys
preaching and teaching on the themes of his book, The Gospel Nudge: How a Mentoring
Mindset Accomplishes the Mission of the Church, which helps people to make personal outreach
a daily lifestyle.

Natt Miller comes to MCMA with an impressive resume of service in the local church and in inter- church ministry in both Africa and the United States. Natt is a Pastor-Teacher with a desire for Christian leadership development, youth education and discipleship. An ordained minister, he received Christ at a tender age, nurtured by a combination of Sunday school, Church youth and Christian Radio broadcast activities in His native Liberia, West Africa. He has a back- ground in Mechanical engineering, and Christian ministry. Natt has had involvement in several international
seminars, retreats and conferences on leadership, counseling, discipleship, ministry and human development. Pastor Miller lives together with his wife and family, in the Philadelphia area.

Pastor Bruce Kirkpatrick is the Co-Founder and Managing Artistic Director for HBTC. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre and Speech Communication from Portland State University. He has worked professionally in theatre for over forty years in the Pacific Northwest, Los Angeles, California and the last twenty five years in the Upper Midwest/Twin Cities area. He was a Theatre Professor at North Central University in Minneapolis for four years.
Donna Kirkpatrick MSW is the Co-Founder and Training Director for HBTC. She holds a Masters in Social Work and a Bachelor’s in Human Development from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She has worked in child protection, ran a foster care agency, and counseled many teens.

Robert (Bob) Heyer was educated at Bethany College of Missions and North Central University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Bible and Religious Education. He became a missionary to Brazil in 1969 where he specialized in print media design and production. He and his family returned to the United States in 1992. In 2006 he founded the Eternity’s Values Project and eternitysvalues.com which use the phrase “Live With Eternity’s Values in View” as a brand to awaken people to an eternal calling to be reconciled to God by believing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and then living with a biblical worldview.Eternity’s Values Project will use every means available to convince people to take a closer look at what really matters.

John and Sherry Yoder lived in Beijing, China for 13 years and served a global audience at the Beijing International Christian Fellowship. John has a Master of Divinity degree from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and is an ordained minister of the Evangelical Free Church of America. In 2020 John founded Global Youth Interchange (www.gyi.global) to disciple second generation immigrant youth of many ethnic backgrounds, and to empower their parents and Caucasian churches to serve them more effectively. His organization helps churches strengthen their ministries to high school students and young adults. It is also designing conferences and an online forum for first generation immigrant parents who are raising children whose worldview is very different from theirs.
